Jim R. Heath, 70, of Tullahoma, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Life Care Center of Tullahoma.  He was born in Syracuse, New York on Dec. 10, 1952, to the late Edward and Minnie (Clemons) Heath. Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. on Sunday, May 14 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at 2 p.m. at Franklin Memorial Gardens with military honors bestowed.
