Jeffery Logan Mann, 35, of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023. He was born in Tullahoma on Dec. 18, 1987, to Jeffery and Joyce (Isom) Mann. Funeral services were held Friday, May 19 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Joseph Horton and Derick Mann officiating. Interment followed at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
