Ricky Len Elliott, 59, of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 27, 1963.  Funeral services were held Thursday, March 23 in the Roy B. Watson Chapel with Rev. Tim Parsons officiating. Interment followed in Watson Memorial Park.

Watson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
