Duane Lee Stevens, 67, of Winchester, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on March 7, 1955 to the late Carl and Hazel (Turner) Stevens. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 28 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Dr. Michael Clark officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Garner Cemetery with military honors bestowed.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
