The suspect, Andrea Rashad Sutton, 46, was bound over on the charges of possession of schedule II drugs: cocaine 0.5 grams or higher, possession of schedule VI drugs, tampering with evidence, vehicles/streetcars stop at all stop signs and failure to appear in court.

Tullahoma police approached him after he was seen leaving a place known to authorities as a hotbed of drug activity. Once stopped on East Hogan Street, a search was conducted of his vehicle after the driver reportedly showed the officer some marijuana stashed inside a Styrofoam up. Police went on to find five more ounces of marijuana and a gram of cocaine in the car and another gram of coke in the trunk. However, the biggest find came later when Sutton was personally searched.
