Nelle Lorraine Strope Noah, 93, of Belvidere passed away on Jan. 4, 2023. Nelle was born on Aug.18, 1929, to Albert Jessie Strope and Lillie Mae Wilbanks Strope in the Maxwell Community. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 8 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Maxwell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Maxwell Cemetery fund in her honor.
