MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was shot and killed after an argument at a Parkway Village sports bar led to gunfire early Wednesday morning, police said.

According to the Memphis Police Department, officers responded just before 6 a.m. to the Getaway Sports Bar on Winchester Road. FOX13 arrived to an active scene with crime scene tape and MPD officers and vehicles surrounding the building.

An MPD major on scene told FOX13 that it all started with an argument inside the bar. Management pushed everyone outside, where shots were fired, the police major said.

Police said a man was found shot to death outside the sports bar.
