Carol Gayle Alford, 74, of Winchester, passed away on January 26, 2023, at her residence. Carol was born on August 10, 1948, in Winchester, to the late Robert and Virginia (Nelson) Taylor. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 1 from noon to 2 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with funeral service following at 2:00pm from the chapel. Interment will follow in Winchester Memorial Park with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
