Jim Clarence “J.C.” Walker, 82, of Decherd, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  A native of Franklin County, he was born on Aug. 18, 1940 to the late Charlie Elvis and Ova Lou (Beavers) Walker. Funeral services were held Monday, March 20 in the Chapel of Watson-North Funeral Home. Interment followed at Long Cemetery.

Watson-North Funeral Home and Memorial Park was in charge of arrangements.
