Kenneth Ray Steele, 74, of Keith Springs, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Cowan on March 16, 1949 to the late Clennon Steele and Mary Fay Steele Judge.  Funeral services were held Monday, March 20 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Chuck Stines officiating. Interment followed at Keith Springs Cemetery with military honors bestowed. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
