James Timothy Coker, 61, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on August 18, 1961.  Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Friday, April 21 in the Life Celebration Center at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. in the Life Celebration Center at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.
