Donna Jean Kelley, 68, of Belvidere, passed away on April 24, 2023, at the Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital Facility in Winchester. She was born in Oak Ridge on May 20, 1954. Visitation will be held Friday April 28 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will follow on Friday, April 28 at noon in the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Morrison Cemetery.
