Joe Pat Morris, 65, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  A native of Franklin County, he was born on December 24, 1957, to the late David and Louise (Patton) Morris. A memorial gathering will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, July 21 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
