Kevin Kyle Frye, 25, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, Aug.13, 2023, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, he was born on Aug. 29, 1997.  Kevin was a 2017 graduate of Franklin County High School. 

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 17 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.  Interment will be at Watson Memorial Park.  A reception will follow at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
