Bobbie Everalena Howard, 84, of Winchester, passed away on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  A native of Winchester, she was born on April 26, 1939, to the late Roy and Clay Vinnie Hill. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon on Saturday, Aug. 26 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at noon in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Winchester City Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
