Man shot in Beechgrove home invasion Monday morning

A man is hospitalized with shots to the chest following an alleged home invasion on Bankshire Road in Beechgrove.
The man, Carlos Daniel Antonio Rivera, has been transported to a hospital in Nashville, according to Sheriff Chad Partin.
The names of the home invasion victims are not being released yet.
According to CCSD, officers responded early Monday morning, Oct. 30, to a home invasion call. The department is monitoring the area as a precaution.
Partin said that there was not any evidence of additional persons involved.
“We want to provide as much information as we can to the Beechgrove citizens to be cautious as the sun comes up,” CCSD officials said. “If you see anybody suspicious walking, please call 911.”
