Barbara Ann Wilson, 78, of Cowan, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, at The Waters of Winchester.  She was born in Warren County on Dec. 23, 1944, to the late Louis Paul and Bessie (Graham) Hobbs.  Funeral Services were held Nov. 27 in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Foster Turner officiating.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
