Nicole McClure Webb, 49, broke her chains of lasting pain on Dec. 9, 2023, at her home in Estill Springs, TN. Born in Germany on March 21, 1974, Nicole made a life for herself and raising her children in Franklin County. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Moore-Cortner Funeral Home for final expenses. Visitation will be from 4 – 5 p.m. on Dec. 14 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow from 5 – 6 p.m. in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
