Tullahoma had 22 kids place at the TNAAU Regional meet.

The kids who placed were: Cholzden Johnson, Chezden Johnson, Sam Hinson, Lucas Tonello, Stella Rens, Madelyn Boss, Victoria Rubio, Raylyn Lawrence, Noah Gerard, Kameron Stafford, Anders Grimes, Knox Grimes, Charlie Nichols, Neyland Dalton, Kacey Barecky, Memphis Oswald, CJ Weaver, Fisher Goodman, Kaleel Burnett, Rhys Sintic and Kolton Strickland. Coaches Zach Knight, Hunter Cleveland, Shawn Boss, Ian Duncan and Dill Crouch helped prepare the kids for the tournament.

Cholzden Johnson placed third in the tots’ 45 pound class. Chezden Johnson finished fourth in the bantam 55 pound class. Hinson was the runner up in the bantam 65 pound class. Tonello won the midget 95 pound class. Rens won the girls’ k-2, 73 pound class. Boss won the girls’ k-2, 65 pound weight class. Rubio finished atop the girls’ 3-5, 82 pound class. Lawrence won the k-2, 50 pound class. Gerard placed third in the middle school 125 pound class. Stafford won the middle school 160 pound class. Anders Grimes finished fourth in the junior 205 pound class. Knox Grimes was the runner up for the middle school 189 pound class. Nichols placed fourth in the junior 112 pound class. Dalton won the bronze for the middle school 115 pound class. Barecky was the girls’ middle school runner up for the 112 pound class. Oswald placed fourth in the middle school 110 pound class. Weaver was the runner up in the 90 pound middle school class. Goodman placed third in the junior 85 pound class. Burnett was the fourth place finisher in the junior 75 pound class. Sintic finished third in the junior 205 pound class. Strickland was the runner up for the 171 pound middle school class.

The TNAAU State tournament was held Sat, March 2 and Sun, March 3. The results for the Tullahoma wrestlers competing were not available at this time.
