Col. Rocky Barnard was recently honored with a Quilt of Valor for his 26 years of service in the U.S. Air Force.

He received over nine medals in his career, and had assignments that took him all over of the world, including serving as the commander in the largest airlift operation in history, Operation Desert Storm.

He was presented his Quilt of Valor at First Baptist Church where Barnard serves as a Sunday school teacher and a deacon.
