Louise Powers Duncan, 95, of Decherd, passed away March 31, 2024. She was born Oct. 16, 1928, to the late Claude H. and Icalene Warren Powers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Gentiva Hospice, 305 South Jackson St, Tullahoma, TN 37388. Visitation is from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
