Norma was born a US citizen in Batangas, Phillippines on Oct. 4, 1937. She came to the U.S. in 1956.  Norma eventually met Charles Dudley and married him in 1968.  She traveled with him to many Naval bases and they welcomed their daughter Angela in Beeville, TX on Aug. 17, 1970.  Following a few more years of active duty, Norma and Charles retired in Tullahoma in 1980.  Her favorite activities included going to yard sales, gardening, fishing, crafting, and hiking, many times choosing to bring friends and family along with her for the fun.

She is survived by her husband, Charles, her son, Byron (Kelly), her son, Chad, daughter, Angela, grandchildren, Matthew, Brittany, Daryl, Dustin, Daniel and David, her nieces, Ceci Martinez and Linda Reynolds.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 22 at Tullahoma Funeral Home with Evan Owens officiating.  Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow the services in Bethlehem Cemetery in Hillsboro.
