The Kiwanis Club of Highland Rim of Tullahoma is in full swing planning the 14th Annual 41A Music Festival in downtown Tullahoma this September. The event’s aim is twofold–to both raise money for local charities, focused on children and to provide a fun-filled free event for the citizens of Tullahoma and the surrounding area.
“Thanks to a great response, the 41A Music Festival has been a huge success,” said Sponsorship Co-Chairman Joe Orr. “This free festival will be in Downtown Tullahoma for a TWO DAY EVENT and will feature music, local vendors and fun for the family. The festival is scheduled for the evening of Friday, September 27th and all-day Saturday, September 28th.”
Co-Chair John McCord is inviting sponsors and vendors to be part of one of Tullahoma’s biggest events of the year.
“Please consider becoming a sponsor of this event,” McCord said. “Local businesses can sponsor the event by making a donation to The Kiwanis Club of Highland Rim. Sponsors of the event will be listed on the Kiwanis Club of Highland Rim festival’s social media pages (Facebook and Instagram), newspaper, etc. Please see the attached list for sponsor classifications.”
Charities sponsored in the recent past included: Toys for Tots, Head Start, CASA Works, Tullahoma
Day Care, Karing for Kids, Coffee County Community Advisory Board, Coffee County Children’s Advocacy, Blue Monarch, Hands on Science Center, Haven of Hope, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Horse Play, TACA, Shepherd’s House, the Literary Council and MORE.
“Any donation that you make will be greatly appreciated and will directly impact the children in our community,” said McCord. “If you have any questions about the event or sponsoring, contact us at any time. We ask sponsors to please submit their company logo (preferred format .jpg) to logos41a@yahoo.com. Logos will be used on social media and other marketing material to promote the 41A Music Festival. Thank you in advance for your support.”
Orr noted that money raised here, stays here and is used to help the youth of the community.
“The 41A Music Festival has been voted the Tullahoma’s Finest event for several years,” Orr said. “We are a 100% non-profit organization that contributes money back into the community.”
The names of the bands that will perform at the downtown event will be revealed in the near future. In addition to vendors and music, 41A will also feature its popular kid’s zone with activities and crafts for the younger festival goers.
