Alan Roy Penn, 89, passed away peacefully in his sleep Aug. 1, 2024. He was born in Normandy on May 24, 1935.

He is survived by his daughters, Linda Bobo of Normandy, Tina Rogers (Troy) of Tullahoma, sons Roger Penn (wife Jennifer) of Lynchburg, Michael Penn (Serena) of Estill Springs and his brother James E Penn (Linda) of Normandy. He is survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his wife Doris Penn, a son Jerry Penn, a grandson Kevin Fowler.
