The Tennessee legislature has now reconvened and again Gov. Lee’s top priority is diverting public education funds to his privatizing/voucher scam.  This round he’s upped the ante to withholding Helene disaster funds to East Tennessee if he doesn’t get his way.

Public education is cornerstone of our communities attended by 90% of our students with dedicated teachers striving to give every student equal shot at success.  This should be same goal of those representing us in Tn. statehouse but unfortunately game plan seems to be target our public education system for failure by diverting funds to the voucher scammers.

This is bipartisan – call your senator/representative today and ask them to come aboard if they have not already done so.
