A second Dollar Tree in Tullahoma is under construction at 633 East Carroll Street, across from Pet Medical Center. 

The nearly 10,000 sq. ft. building has a construction value of $1,048,686.  The project was delayed nearly a year due to wetland issues on an adjacent piece of property Dollar Tree originally selected.  

The contractor, Infinity Contractors, anticipates turning the building over to Dollar Tree the end of September.  The original Dollar Tree in Tullahoma is located in the Wal-Mart Super Center Plaza.
