Shop Local Craft Fair draws a crowd

In the parking lot of the closed Big Lots Sunday afternoon, visitors by the carload arrived to find 71 colorful ten foot by ten foot open tents filled with flowers, pet necklaces, CBD products, baked goods, handmade pottery, kangaroo and shark jerky and so much more. The event was billed as the Second Annual Shop Local Craft Fair.
The event was the brainchild of 27-year-old Tullahoma entrepreneur Brianna Hale. Founded three years ago, Brianna Victory Events hosts events all over the mid-South.
Vendors for her Sunday event came from Tullahoma, Murfreesboro, Woodbury, Nashville and Lynchburg. The large parking lot was full of shoppers from Coffee and six surrounding counties based on a quick review of license plates.
Even as a little girl Brianna knew some kind of business was in her future she said while seated in her exotic jerky booth. After earning her business degree, she set out building her event business.
Her first event, held in Murfreesboro, was the Peach Cobbler Festival attracting thousands. Brianna hasn’t looked back hosting many events annually.
Her next two events include a TGIF party September 19 at the Event Nook in Tullahoma and the Pecan Festival September 27 in Murfreesboro.
