Two people were killed in a rollover accident on Woodbury Highway this past Tuesday.

According to a preliminary report by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the driver, Kyle A. Fults, 26, and his passenger, Jacob C. Haley, 22, were fatally injured in the one-car wreck that happened near 10971 Woodbury Highway at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday.

The investigation revealed that Fults was driving his 2010 Infiniti GAW southbound on Woodbury Highway when he crossed over the center line, traveled to the left side of the roadway, and overturned.

The report did not reveal if investigators knew what caused him to cross the center line.
