The Tullahoma volleyball team finished its 2025 regular season with a record of 15-10. They won their last two games of the regular season, winning against Moore County 3-0 and Franklin County 3-2.

Moore County

The Wildcats, despite losing their game before their matchup with Moore County High School on October 1, were on a bit of a hot streak. Following a five-game losing streak spanning from Sep11-20 the Tullahoma volleyball team regrouped and won four of their next six games. They carried that momentum into their game against Moore and dominated the matchup, winning the sets 25-13, 25-15, and 25-15. This swept the season series against Moore in 2025, 2-0, with the Lady Wildcats winning against the Lady Raiders earlier this year on Sept. 3, also winning 3-0.

The two main go-to players on the Lady Wildcats’ offense in this contest were sophomore Adalyn Nelson and junior Ari Bryson. The two were the kill leaders for THS in this matchup—Nelson had nine, and Bryson had eight.

Franklin County

The Tullahoma girls’ volleyball team also completed a 2-0 season sweep against the Lady Rebels, where they won against them earlier in the season 3-1 on Sept 9. The set scores of their most recent matchup went as follows: 25-8, 25-27, 11-25, 25-17, and 17-15.

A few of the big performers for the ‘Cats in this matchup were senior Gabriella Dacosta, junior Gabbi Gardner, sophomore Nelson, and senior Maggie Lynch. Dacosta was the kill leader in the contest for Tullahoma, logging 13 kills. Nelson, Lynch, and Gardner all came up huge defensively for Tullahoma in the five-set battle, all having double-digit digs. Gardner led the way with 14, Lynch had 13, and Nelson had 12.

Tullahoma’s record of 15-10 improves on last year’s record, where the 2024 ‘Cats finished 11-15 overall. It is the best record the program has had since the 2022 season, when Tullahoma finished with a record of 21-8.
