Tullahoma has 64 restaurants (yes, you read that correctly) based on online searches and this reporter’s personal knowledge.

For those choosing not to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal at home, what local restaurant options are there?

This intrepid reporter reached out to all 64 restaurants and asked if they would be open Thanksgiving. 12 of the 64 indicated they would be open (some with modified hours), 48 are closed, two were not available and two had not made a decision if they would remain open or not.

The restaurants open Thanksgiving day include 315 Bar and Grill, Boba Shack Etc., China Wok, Damron’s Restaurant(11am to 2pm), both Hardee’s (5am to noon), Nicholas Family Restaurant, Ruby Tuesday, Sushi Thai, Waffle House and WaWa Greek. 

It is suggested to call the restaurant first to confirm.

Several restaurants are offering Thanksgiving meals for pickup prior to Thanksgiving.

Nicholas Family Restaurant is offering family preorders for pickup and delivery.

The Celtic Cup Coffee House is offering a small taste of the Celtic Cup with whole pan breakfast casseroles and Southern Bread Pudding with Butter Rum Sauce and candied pecans available for pre-purchase and pickup before 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving eve.

Piggy’s Place BBQ is offering smoked turkey and ham along with a selection of eight sides, five cakes and seven pies. Order deadline is Tuesday, November 18 at 7 p.m. Pickup is on or before 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 26.
