The Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce is making the final call for nominations for its Small Business, Business, CEO Partner and Citizen of the Year awards for the upcoming annual membership celebration. The deadline to submit nominations is Monday, Dec. 29.

The annual celebration of the chamber membership is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, at the Manchester Event and Visitor Center, located at 147 Hospitality Blvd. in Manchester. The cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m., along with a social and silent auction, with the awards banquet following at 6:30 p.m. A cash bar will also be available for all attendees.

Each year, the chamber honors businesses and individuals in the categories of Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, CEO Partner of the Year and Citizen of the Year. Currently, the chamber is looking for the community to nominate individuals and businesses that made an impact on the community in their respective fields over 2025 to be nominated for the awards.

Membership in the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce is not required for nominees.

Last year’s winners in those categories were Tullahoma Drug for Small Business of the Year;

Chick-fil-A for Business of the Year; The Painted House for CEO Partner of the Year and Max Christopher as the Citizen of the Year.

For Citizen of the Year, TACC officials are looking for individuals who are actively involved in making the community a better place through civic organizations, community groups, and/or their church, made significant contributions to the economic well-being of Tullahoma and enhanced the quality of life through their endeavors and the person exhibits leadership and inspiring others with their dedication and achievements.

The chamber asks that nominations should be presented in an articulate and detailed manner, explaining why the individual or business nominated should be chosen. Specifically for Citizen of the Year, those who submit their nominee are asked to fill out the nomination form that provides detailed and accurate information about their nominee, a person letter that shares their reasons for nominating this individual. Include specific examples and stories that highlight their contributions and impact and providing evidence of their accomplishments such as: awards and recognition, media coverage of their community involvement, resume or biography.

Ticket options to attend the annual membership celebration include $80 for a single ticket, $500 for a half table (seats up to five people) and $1,000 for a full table (seats up to 10 people). Active military members receive free admission.

The 2025 Membership Celebration is sponsored by FirstBank and Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital.
