Jackie Don Limbaugh, fondly known by all who knew him as Pepa, age 88, of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at Highpoint Health Winchester.  Jackie was born on Oct. 1, 1937, in Franklin County to the late Oliver Owen “Zach” and Eula Kate (Clark) Limbaugh. Jackie served his country in the Navy on the USS Taluga “AO62”

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Walter Rayburn officiating. Interment will follow at Harmony Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Broadview School Library or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
