A site plan has been submitted before the Tullahoma Planning Commission for a Seven Brew to be placed at the current site of Advance Financial.
“That building will be demolished,” revealed Planning and Development Director Samuel Luthi regarding Advance Financial. “The Seven Brew building will be constructed on that lot.”
Bob Gage is the applicant who wishes to build the business at 2102 North Jackson in Tullahoma.
Luthi said TDOT has approved using the existing driveway entrance and that the owner of the planned business is working with a property owner nearby to obtain land for the parking lot in exchange for an easement for the property owner to Jackson Street.
“The site plan has been found compliant to our rules and regulations,” Luthi noted.
The Planning Commission approved the site plan 4-0.
A shite plan was also submitted for the construction of a new bank building for Coffee County Bank at 511 North Jackson. The location is at the site of a former car wash which adjoins another lot, both of which have been purchased by the applicant.
Luthi said the bank will have to obtain a TDOT entrance off of Jackson. Presently plans are for the bank to have an inlet and outlet on North Jackson and an inlet and outlet onto Walnut Alley. It will also have access onto Blackwell Street. The drive through teller lanes will run parallel with Jackson.
The site plan was approved unanimously.
