William R. “Bill” Keith, 90, of Winchester, passed away at Vanderbilt-Harton on Friday, January 27, 2023. A native of Franklin County he was born on Dec. 25, 1932 to the late Henry and Bettie (Matthews) Keith. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the church. Interment followed at Cowan-Montgomery Cemetery.
