Janette Marie Smith, 73, of Manchester, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on June 4, 1949, to Rev. Leo C. and Ruthie Jane (Clark) Smith. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, in the Roy B. Watson Chapel at Watson-North Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Watson-North Memorial Park.
