Clara V. Hall Luttrell, 89, of Winchester passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems in Winchester. Clara was born on March 16, 1933, in Franklin County to the late Coy Lee and Ada Mae (Gualt) Hall. Graveside service was held Tuesday, March 7 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Huntland.
