James Luther Haynes, 77, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems.  He was born in Anderson, South Carolina on Feb. 5, 1946 to the late James Alfred and Virginia Lillian (Partin) Haynes. Funeral services were held Friday, March 10 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Ronald Forrester officiating.  Interment followed at Marble Plains Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
