Robert Thornton Smith, 67, of Belvidere, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. He was born in Chattanooga on April 18, 1955 to the late Dixie Thornton and Margaret Arlene (Carroll) Smith. Private services are planned for a later date.
