Emma Etta Norris, 99, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, at The Waters of Winchester.  A native of Franklin County, she was born on Aug. 3, 1923, in Winchester to the late Fred and Argie (Snoddy) Durm. Funeral services were held Tuesday with Rev. Caleb Norris officiating.  Interment will be held in the Harmony Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery with great-grandsons serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Harmony Cemetery Fund.
