Dale Wayne Rhodes, 74, of Belvidere, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at his residence.  He was born in Portland, Oregon on Dec. 4, 1948, to the late Paul Dusty and Evelyn Lois (Borland) Rhodes.  Private services will be held at a later date. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
