Rubie Lee Gattis, 82, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023, at Elk River Health Care Center.  She was born in Beech Grove (Bedford County) on June 20, 1940, to the late S.P. and Pearl (Finney) Floyd.  Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Jerry Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Lois Cemetery.
