Paul Steven Hutchens, 70, of Winchester passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born on Oct. 24, 1952, in Blount County to the late Charles Ellis and Joan Louise (Roberts) Hutchens.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 29 at 6 p.m. at Maxwell Cemetery with a reception following at Maxwell Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
