Sherry Lynn Pitts Noblitt, 68, of Lynchburg, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023, at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna.  She was born in Lincoln County on Sept. 25, 1954, to the late William “Bill” and Maggie Louise (Sisk) Pitts Jr. A memorial service was held Friday in the Chapel of Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Lynchburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Moore County Friends of Animals, 1980 Fayetteville Hwy, Lynchburg, TN 37352.
