Betty Jane Anderton Maxwell, 95, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at her home in Winchester.  Born on June 7, 1928, she was the only daughter of the late Fred Marion and Gladys Ida Hicks Anderton of Winchester. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.  Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Winchester First United Methodist Church or Wings of Hope.
