Lamar Edward “Buddy” Foster, 22, of Manchester, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023.  He was born in Winchester on October 9, 2000.  Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023, in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Rev. Rickey Taylor officiating.  Interment followed at Watson Memorial Park.

Watson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
