Robert Terrell Farmer, 92, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 13, 2023, at Bailey Manor.  He was born in Elora, Tennessee on July 29, 1931, to the late Ernest Arvil and Hellice Marie (Garner) Farmer.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. -.12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
