Patricia McDowell Smith was born January 17, 1943, in Pineville, Kentucky. A true child of Kentucky, she was both a coal miner’s daughter and coal miner’s granddaughter. Graveside Services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Dr. Rev. Michael Clark officiating.
