Katheryn (League) Thomas, 101, of Decherd, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Huntsville, Alabama on Aug. 30, 1921, to the late George Lafayette and Arcie (Brona) League. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23 at Watson Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Noland officiating.  Interment will follow at Mt. Garner Cemetery.
