Ronald Wayne Scott, 71, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Harvey, Illinois on Oct. 23, 1951, to the late Paul Vernon and Jonnie Faye (Williams) Scott. Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 4 p.m. in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Pastor Tim Parsons officiating.
