Robert Lee “Bobby” Spencer, III, 75, of Winchester, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023, at Saint Thomas West in Nashville. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Spencer was born in Winchester on Aug. 27, 1948, to the late Robert Lee Spencer, Jr. and Betty June (Smith) Spencer. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3 p.m. at Moore-Cortner with Dr. Rev. Michael Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Military Honors bestowed. Bruce Spencer, Sr., Brent Spencer, Macy Brower, Bruce Spencer, Jr., Blake Spencer, Billy Taylor, Roy Weddington, and Randy Bradford will serve as pallbearers. Randy Farris and Kenneth Preston will serve as honorary pallbearers.
